Relationships—whether romantic, familial, or with friends—can sometimes feel overwhelming or disconnected. If you're facing communication struggles, trust issues, conflict, or just feeling emotionally distant from someone you care about, together we can work to help you navigate those challenges.

More on Relationship Issues

Through empathetic, solution-focused therapy, we’ll work together to understand the dynamics of your relationship and explore the underlying emotions or patterns that may be contributing to difficulties. My goal is to help you improve communication, rebuild trust, and create healthier, more fulfilling connections with the people who matter most to you.

Whether you’re dealing with recurring arguments, a lack of intimacy, or simply want to strengthen your relationship, I offer a safe space to gain clarity, address concerns, and move toward mutual understanding and respect.

My Approach

01
In our first session, I’ll focus on understanding your unique story—your relationship history, current dynamics, and support systems. We’ll explore what’s been difficult and what you’re hoping to shift or strengthen.
02
In our therapy sessions, I’ll offer a supportive and collaborative space where you can reflect on patterns, communication styles, and emotional needs—both within your relationships and within yourself.
03
Together, we’ll build insight, develop healthier ways of relating, and strengthen your sense of self in connection with others—helping you create more fulfilling and balanced relationships.

In a first therapy session, you can expect a welcoming and confidential environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings. I will typically begin by discussing your background and the reasons you're seeking therapy including current struggles and starting to explore goals. The session is an opportunity for you to ask questions and express any concerns you may have about the therapy process.  Overall, the first session is about establishing rapport, understanding your needs, and laying the foundation for your therapeutic journey. It’s a safe space to begin exploring your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide superbills for my clients. These superbills can be submitted to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement, depending on your plan's benefits. Please reach out to your insurer's member services to inquire about reimbursement for out-of-network mental health providers.

What platform do you use for telehealth?
